Cynthia J. Hendrick is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, and has been practicing law in Georgia since 2004. Cynthia obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University (B.A., 2001) and her Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University (J.D., 2004). She is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia. Prior to joining the firm, Cynthia worked for the U.S. Small Business Administration in Atlanta, Georgia and the law firm of H. Dennis Partner & Associates, LLC, in Marietta, Georgia.

Cynthia’s practice focuses exclusively on commercial real estate, with an emphasis on commercial real estate finance, ownership, transaction structure and organization, acquisitions, conveyances, and leasing. Her experience includes the representation of both purchasers and sellers, from the initial preparation of the purchase and sale agreement through closing, the representation of both lessors and lessees in a variety of commercial leases, ranging from long-term ground leases to shorter-term space leases, the representation of property owners in various aspects of equity financing, the representation of lenders and borrowers in asset-based financing and the representation of lending institutions and property owners in both construction and permanent mortgage loan transactions.
