Neil Lansing is an accomplished real estate, corporate, M&A, and complex commercial transactions attorney with more than three decades of experience representing public and private companies, developers, investors, and entrepreneurs. His practice spans the full spectrum of business and real estate law – from entity formation and governance to high-value mergers, acquisitions, financings, and dispute resolution.
Neil spent his early career at regional and national firms such as Paul Hastings where he counseled large institutional clients in their real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions as well as corporate transactions. Neil continued his legal career serving in both in-house and outside counsel roles, leading legal operations for rapidly growing enterprises and advising on major transactions nationwide. He has negotiated and structured billions of dollars’ worth of acquisitions and dispositions, overseen complex commercial and real estate portfolios, and guided hundreds of transactions involving property, partnerships, and joint ventures, spanning corporate governance, M&A, development projects, and litigation management, consistently delivering strategic, cost-efficient results for his clients.
Neil graduated cum laude from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, where he served as Editor of the Mercer Law Review’s 11th Circuit Survey and co-authored scholarly articles on securities and business associations. Neil also earned his MBA from Georgia State University in addition to his bachelor’s degree in business. Neil is admitted to practice law in both Georgia and California and is recognized for his strategic insight, practical problem-solving, and commitment to protecting clients’ business interests while advancing their long-term goals.
